Hold onto your rugby memorabilia!

That’s the message from the newly-formed Widnes Rugby League Heritage group.

Despite being inundated with memorabilia dating back decades, it is still looking for somewhere to house it all. ‘We want something close to the stadium if possible so that both home and away fans can enjoy looking at rugby leagues history’ said the group’s secretary Debbie Townsend.‘In the meantime, people can let us know what the have, then we can get back to them when we’ve got somewhere to keep it safe’
